The Unitec International Strategy was reviewed in early 2014 and a number of opportunities were identified to position Unitec for the future.
Upon appointment of the new International Director in 2015, this strategy became a key reference document for an in depth analysis to take place.
This new strategy seeks to operationalise some of the elements identified in 2014, while preparing the International function for a transformation of capability and outputs in the following years.
It is intended to set a one year operational plan, as part of a three year strategy. The intent is to establish a benchmark capability and resource level in the team to enable further iterations of the strategy which will be developed for 2017 onwards.
