Student NPS survey – Detail report

The full report for the semester 1 2020 Student Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey is now available. This survey is designed to capture how are students are feeling and includes some insight to how Unitec has responded to COVID-19 through the eyes of our students.

The survey dated recorded the highest result ever (since the survey began in 2015), a score of 19 for Semester 1. It’s a great result that continues on from all the gains we made in 2019 and shows that we have just about equalled industry benchmarks which is a huge achievement.

NPS Report – detailed analysis and data

Marketing’s Insight Business Partner, Bob Stewardson, has created a report a detailed report on the findings, which is available on the Nest > Marketing – Marketing Insights.

Further reporting, including priority group and School reports, is currently being created and will be shared with the relevant business leaders when complete.
