Les Mills New Lynn is my regular gym and I’ve done plenty of BodyCombat classes in the past. I can recommend it!

Body Combat this morning was great. Quite challenging.Got a good sweat. Not really a fan of yoga person so didn’t get into Body Balance. But I’m looking forward to Body Attack, that sounds intense. Hope everyone is managing to stay active while working from home 🙂

    Hi Peter,

Yeah, I tried a Body Balance class at Les Mills New Lynn live, but it wasn’t really my thing either. Body Combat is great though. With Body Attack, expect to do lots of jumping. It is definitely intense!
