What we do
We are responsible for payment processing and student debt management.
We generate debt communication to inform and help students resolve outstanding fees that could be impacting their access to Unitec services.
Our communication provides contact information for support services and payment methods.
Our final procedure is to forward remaining debt to an external debt collection agency to recover.
We also have a team of Cashiers who provide front of house service for all debt enquiries and payments.

Where to find us
Our Cashiers are located at Student Central, at both Mt. Albert and Waitakere Campuses.
The rest of the team are located in The Wagener – B110-2030. You’ll find us upstairs on Level 2, alongside the Enrolment Set Up & Enrolment Processing Teams.
