Late last year our new Heads of School structure and leadership was announced and a project team created to establish how we should shape academic and administrative support for our Schools.
The ‘Project Eleven’ team includes Merran Davis, Amy Tankard, Sue Emerson, Simon Tries, Annemarie Meijnen, Melanie Ooi, Simon Nash and Debra Robertson-Welsh.
The team have met with Business Administrators, Academic Quality Administrators and Academic Leaders, to get their input and gain an understanding of the specific tasks involved in their roles. They will soon be meeting with the Heads of School for their feedback.
One of the project team’s immediate priorities is defining the Programme Manager/Leader role.
