Nadia’s bio

Nadia Lim is a world-renowned kiwi cook, entrepreneur, media personality and mum. The university qualified dietitian shot to fame after winning the second series of MasterChef New Zealand in 2011.

She left her day job as a clinical dietitian to help teach people how to cook everyday healthy food, in the years since she has firmly etched her name as a lead mover and shaker in the food industry.

She has 7 best-selling cookbooks to her name and as a co-founder of My Food Bag, Nadia touches thousands of households every night with her recipes and Nude Food philosophy. Within 4 years, My Food Bag has become one of New Zealand’s fastest-ever growing companies, now employing hundreds of staff and contractors, and delivering over 16 million meals to date.

In a 2016 Bauer Media NZ conducted-survey Nadia was voted the second most influential female in New Zealand (in the 20-55-year female bracket). This lead to the formation of the award winning NADIA Magazine.

Her ‘Nude Food’ philosophy is based on eating real food and in moderation – her approach is simple, ultra-accessible and incredibly popular with the masses – real food for real people!
