    Really enjoyed Dion’s insight which is spot on and exposes the fragility of traditional coaching setups. Scott Barrett even conceded during his captaincy that Ardie Savea was the ‘spiritual leader’ of the team which points to the importance of those unannounced qualities that underpin culture and performance within a team.
