The Leadership Kete has activities and curated resources available to support our leaders in strengthening team connection and kotahitanga (interconnectedness).
These activities are useful when reconnecting at the start of a semester, or when bringing a team together to set or re-establish focus and direction. The activities and resources are designed to create an inclusive culture and move us forward in line with our values.
With a range of activities to choose from, our leaders can connect with their teams in a way that works best for them. The content and activities can also be modified depending on the team’s requirements and focus.

Navigating periods of change and uncertainty in the workplace can be challenging for a multitude of reasons. As a leader who may be going through your own period of uncertainty and set of challenges, it can be difficult to also be there for your team.
