Te Pūkenga has introduced a new Conflict of Interest policy which applies across all business divisions and which all kaimahi need to be aware of. The policy is centred around the need for disclosure of any actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest, in accordance with the Conflict of Interest Procedures. Any declarations will be held confidentially by the People, Culture and Wellbeing (PCW) team as a record of all conflicts of interest.
You can view the new full policy here and the new procedure document here. Please make yourself familiar with the policy and procedures and if you have any questions please discuss this with your manager or your PCW team.
