As part of the annual Performance Partnering cycle, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) has updated the Unitec Takitahi and Action Plan for 2024 – these can now be used as the basis for team Takitahi/Action Plans and to inform ADEP Planning.
Due to our changing context, these have been updated to reflect where we currently are and may be revisited as the year progresses and things change. We’re currently closing out 2023 with the Review of Achievements, and we can also now move into ADEP Planning.
For your planning, a simplified ADEP Plan template has been developed for 2024. SLT has set an across-the-board one-badge requirement for all kaimahi this year.
