Mental Health Awareness Week is here, and it’s all about embracing the journey to better mental well-being! We’re focusing on 5 ways to care for your mental health over the next 5 days.

FREE BRUNCH DAILY

The brunch will include toasties, cereal, fruit and pikelets with jam and cream. It will be served at both campuses throughout the week at Student Kitchens (Mt Albert campus, it’s in Te Puna, Waitakere campus, Level 1)

WEEKLONG ACTIVITIES:

While you digest the brunch and chat, give these accompanying activities a go:

  • Mindful coloring stations –  great opportunity to take a break and shift focus to something creative. Up to you whether you choose to color inside or outside the lines.
  • Spin to win wheel – whichever section the arrow ends on will have corresponding prompts for activities based on the Five Ways to Wellbeing. Complete the activity and be in a draw to win spot prizes.
  • Gratitude grows – art installation. Contribute to this ever green and always growing tree art installation

TUESDAY TRIVIA QUIZ

Quiz is the most popular form of play for us adults. Join us for this short and sharp quiz, meet people across the network and have some good old fun. Join us online from 12.30pm. (TEAMS LINK.)
