We apologise but we’re unable to provide flu shots at Waitākere Campus. All kaimahi are welcome to book at Mt Albert campus.
Getting your Flu shot on campus
You need to follow the instructions below to get you flu vaccination:
- Call Te Puna Waiora on 0800 10 85 10 to book an appointment. Appointments are available Monday-Friday 9:00am -3:50pm.
- Download and fill out the vaccination consent form and email it to medcentre@unitec.ac.nz before your appointment. Vaccinations cannot be provided without the form so make sure you send us your consent form before the appointment.
- Allow at least 15 minutes for the appointment.
