Ako Aotearoa is delighted to share the eleven awardees for Te Whatu Kairangi 2024 – the Aotearoa Tertiary Educator Awards.
They include Dr Joseph Aziz, who received Te Whatu Kairangi Award for demonstrating an outstanding commitment to teaching that makes a difference for the delivery of anatomy and physiology, radiology, and clinical anatomy programmes at Unitec; and Jone Tawaketini who received Le Moana Mua award — a first for Unitec in this category – for his capacity to empower and support Pacific learners.
