Vaccinations will be administered at the following locations, dates and times:
Te Puna Waiora Medical Centre, Mt Albert Campus
Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 3.00pm
Building 510 Room 3045, Waitākere Campus
Monday and Wednesday, 9.30am – 2.30pm on these dates: 19 May, 24 May, 26 May, 31 May, 2 June
- Walk ins will not be accepted.
- Download, print and fill out the consent form and bring it with you. Forms will also be available on the day – please arrive five minutes before your appointment time to fill one out.
- Allow at least 30 minutes for your flu vaccination, as you will need to wait for 20 minutes afterwards, as a precaution for any adverse reaction, despite these being rare.
- Note, you need to ensure there is a two week gap between the influenza vaccination and Covid vaccination. If you already have an appointment for a Covid vaccination, you should complete the course of vaccines first then wait two weeks and have influenza vaccine. If you don’t already have a booked date for the Covid vaccine, you should have influenza vaccine as soon as possible.
