Te Pūkenga is NZIST’s new permanent name

 

New name and visual identity revealed at ceremony at Te Pūkenga’s head office

The Hon Chris Hipkins, Minister of Education, has announced Te Pūkenga as NZIST’s new permanent name. The Minister made the announcement at Te Pūkenga’s head office location at Wintec’s city campus in Hamilton, on Tuesday 29 September 2020.

The new name and visual identity was recommended to the Minister by Te Pūkenga’s Council following public consultation and extensive engagement with stakeholders.
