* Update to the story coming soon… A small team of Unitec and Wairaka Land Company staff has been working hard on our plan to open up the Mt Albert campus to the community and sell surplus land to invest in our student amenities and modernise our campus. We are very close to the point of settling a large sale and expect the purchaser to make an announcement very soon.
The team will continue to work closely with the purchaser on the terms of the sale to ensure a smooth transition with the change of ownership, and to avoid any disruption to staff during the teaching year.
